1. Service Description

The service at i.foqushouse.com(“Service”) is an AI-powered consultation provided by broqu s.r.o.(IČO 18044239, Bělehradská 858/23, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic). The Service helps visitors explore FOQUS eco-home options through an AI chat assistant named “Ana”.

2. AI Disclosure (EU AI Act Art. 50)

You are interacting with an AI system, not a human. This is clearly disclosed via a modal on first load and the persistent “🤖 AI” badge in the chat header. AI-generated output is approximate and may contain errors or outdated information. Do not rely on AI output alone for financial, legal, or purchase decisions.

3. No Contractual Offer

House designs, floor plans, renderings, and pricing presented in the chat are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A legally binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a written contract.

4. Human Review for All Decisions (GDPR Art. 22)

Qualification via Ana may assist in routing and recommendations, but final decisions — pricing, contracts, appointments, consultations — are always made by a human team member. At any time you may type “human” or “consultant” to be connected with a person, or call +420 775 442 110.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requesting a consultation.
• Do not upload sensitive personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, political views) — see Privacy Policy §10.
• Do not use the Service for unauthorized, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to probe the AI for responses beyond its intended purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

House designs, floor plans, renderings, FOQUS branding, and all content on this site are the property of broqu s.r.o. and partners. Reproduction for non-personal use requires written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by Czech law (Act 89/2012 Civil Code), broqu s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing here limits liability for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes with consumers may be resolved via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority ( coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform ( ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). Other disputes fall under Czech courts at the registered office of broqu s.r.o.
